The MOST important thing each of us can do is VOTE! There is NO excuse. We MUST save the nation. Too many have given their lives and suffered internally for us to be lazy.

Everyone vote. This is a really big deal this time especially. Get out there. We have to defend our nation from this stuff. Speak out. Remind friends and co-workers. We can do this everyone. All you have to do is just look and you will see it. Nazi propaganda for God's sake. Really? Vote these criminals out now while we still have a chance. This is a great article Adam. Thank you.

Well Adam, this post made me cry. Everything we have taken for granted for so long is on the line. I have eight grandchildren and my fight is for their futures. One Grandson is in the Army. Those that come after us deserve to live in a free and caring County. So, yes please everyone vote! But, also be prepared for the fight we will have when the Democrats win. Voting is just the first step, but without that win, what do we have? I shudder to think what will happen to us. Prayers for all of us!

We are prepared. Never fear, Sandra.

My Dad fought in WWII as a medic in four theaters. He was awarded 4 Bronze Stars for his valor that cost him everything for the rest of his life. I cannot let him down, and neither can ANY of us here.

I thank Adam every day for his courage combined with compassion. A powerful person who asks us, simply. to do our part by reaching out to everyone we know to Vote Blue.

This is one of your finest posts, Adam. It covers not only America's heroic past, but also our current struggle for democracy and a "blueprint" for our future. I want to believe that America's place in the world still matters; that our country will be respected again. Let's hope that enough Americans vote with the same vision you have, and we recover the dignity we've lost. 🇺🇸

I voted more than two weeks ago. Blue top to bottom.

Charles Lindbergh was influential in helping the America First (Nazi) Party spread extensive propaganda, which made our government hesitate to support Britain and Europe when it was under attack by Germany during World War II. We did not join the war until Pearl Harbor woke up Americans, who then widely rejected Lindbergh and the American Nazis. Putin just threatened war with Europe and Trump continues to support him. Let’s not make that mistake again. It is time to help Ukraine to push Russia’s military back within its borders. Our late entry into World War II resulted in the loss of more blood and treasure. Let’s not make that mistake again. Vote to remove Trump‘s enablers in Congress.

There are some who dismiss those of us who are elders, but many of us have been fighting for change and inclusion over many decades. It gives us hope for the future when we see younger generations stepping up to fight for those principles.

I feel the same, being of a generation of women , that I thought we had overcome so much..I jjust turned 65 and recognized and supported those who came before me..and continued onward.. It is heartening to have people such as Adam that have stepped up putting democracy over party, to do the right thing..Lots of examples and reasons we cant give up now. I see my own kids stepping up and it makes me so proud of them.

As a history major and a docent educator at the IL Holocaust Museum in Skokie, I particularly love this post. We at the museum talk all the time about taking a stand. The museum just reopened after 1.5 years of renovations. Adam, if you’d ever like a tour of the museum, please let me know. I’d be happy to give you one. I admire your work, and it would be an honor.

Thank you, again, Adam!

I live in Virginia and voted on October 5. I have worn my "I VOTED" sticker ever since as a reminder to my neighbors. We ALL need to step up and do our part to fight this scourge.

“Once again a truly excellent piece Adam. To borrow from Steve Green’s song “Find us Faithful”. - “May all who come behind us find us faithful, may the fire of our devotion light the way” - VOTE!!!

Vote and PRAY, PRAY, and PRAY SOME MORE. We will NOT stay silent. We will NOT give up hope. As the Bible says: “We were created for such a time as this!” At dawn we ride!!
