Adam, I have a grandson who is an Air Force pilot flying a MC-130J and trained for special ops, currently in Iran. He doesn’t share anything of what he does beyond saying it’s all classified. I very much appreciate your tutorial about search and rescue since I think the likelihood is high that he is involved in this particular mission. It doesn’t take away the anxiety altogether but does help. Thank you so much for sharing this information.
This administration uses Americans' support for the troops and desire for a good outcome to give the appearance that we also believe attacking Iran in the first place was justified. They are masters at warping reality to fit their narrative and to achieve their ends.

Given that the US has blatantly ignored the Geneva Conventions (e.g. blowing up boats in the Caribbean and purposely murdering any survivors, and Hegseth’s “no mercy” posture) what chance do the people who were in that F-11 have?
