Great parody, Adam! My two favorite lines that sum him up perfectly:

"[A] landfill is part of history.”

"His likeness had become the commemorative equivalent of kudzu."

The kudzu one was my favorite too

I love it. Especially the Kudzu comparison. 🤣🤣

Just wait a few days… he’ll be hawking ‘tRump Kudzu’. Here in Georgia we have an unlimited supply he can have.

As soon as the goats are done mowing NC, you have ours, Stephen.

I love it. What I didn’t love was DJT handing out medals at the world cup while our troops were dying. Disgusting

What a clown dork he is

That’s an insult to clowns!

Utterly brilliant parody!!

That's an understatement, Adam!

You saw how they digitally removed him from the photos, yes? And did you hear the open mic of a man (a guy in the booth) saying, “We’ll edit him out”? Beautiful.

The nerve of this asshat. After talking complete shite about Spain.

RB Mc's avatar

"We'll edit him out". Great to hear, Mari. After knocking Spain, he has the gall to insinuate himself into their championship celebration. Asshat, indeed.

Trump to the core.....

Well done Adam! I needed a good chuckle. I live in GA…kudzu is the perfect analogy. Trump, too, grows like an unwanted scourge. He is nothing but a malignant tumor on our country—and the world…and will ever be remembered as such.

Amusing in a perverse kind of way. The real take away is the concept of excess leading to nothingness.

"Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent called the coin a celebration of liberty, patriotism and American values. It had a gold-like finish but contained no gold or precious metal, making it perhaps the most faithful Trump product ever conceived: gaudy, officially promoted and composed entirely of cheap material."

So the coin is not gold but GILDED.

What better symbol is there for a GOP that always TALKS about "values", "patriotism", "liberty" etc. but never ever walks the walk?

As historians have shown, what a neofascist GOP and its billionaire backers are doing to the US today makes the Gilded Age look as if it wasn't so bad after all.

The party (and perhaps the entire country) will have to pay a huge price for such cultivation of immorality for such a long time.

Nailed it. Well done!

Funny start to a Monday -- thanks Adam. But seriously, want to live to see his name ripped off all public facing items, his plane repossessed then sunk to become a Great Democracy Reef off Florida, the White House steam cleaned and repainted, AND more importantly, the old losing-it man alive TO SEE IT ALL in the prison of shame!

Paul Schlotthauer's avatar

I would be willing to pay for the privilege of watching that.

Very creative and it made me smile this Monday morning. 😊❤️

We need to smile!

and Lord knows we could all use a smile! smiles are hard to come by these days.

Absolutely brilliant and hilarious -- a proper way to approach this clown show.

crazy cat lady's avatar

all that's missing is the clown car trump, vance, and the cabinet can climb into.

Skepticat's avatar

This made my morning; thanks. Universally loathed kudzu is an apt metaphor.

He used to be a late-nite carnival-barker peddling dietary supplements. They were supposed to make you rich, happy and thin. Caused explosive diarrhea instead....

Sandra Humble Johnson's avatar

I'm really laughing . . .

Paul Schlotthauer's avatar

Though it's rather an apt metaphor for the effect Trump has on the people deluded into serving him while expecting gratitude and loyalty in return.

Great job Adam.

Hilarious and pathetic at the same time. Hilarious for the content. Pathetic at what 1 person was handed the power to do in this country. May the legacy of those who could have stopped him but lacked the courage to do so be as lame as the legacy of the person in your parody. Congresspeople I once respected AND voted for betrayed my country and me. They wrote their own history when they chose HIM and their fear of losing control over the people. They lost control alright, but not the kind they feared. They lost something far worse: control of their integrity and their decency.

Great parody. He even had his name imprinted on cookies. There was a bakery in Clarence, NY that sold them. I guess they were sold in his hotels. I did not buy them.

Oh my gosh, keep 'em coming, Adam, this was genius! Thanks for the morning laughs!
