Susie, Adam is one of three people that I subscibe to out of the hundreds or thousands avaialble on a paywall. While you can't afford to subscribe, I'm glade you follow, it takes people to get a messege out. Hopefully many do pay so Adam can continue, and as he would say "because it was worth it".

Adam, when I first heard about you - I had no idea of what a Substack was - all honesty I almost gave up (75-year-old gram and a technology infant) but am I glad I landed here, I had to think a few moments about paying to hear what this young man was going to be saying. We are on the often talked about fixed income - Adam it is permanently in our budget now, some of the best money I could have invested! Thank you and your sweet family PLEASE keep us informed, it is rather frightening out here.

I will second that! So appalling what Trump has done, and there is a big backlash to it here in Michigan. We will see just how big on election night, because Michigan doesn't release any vote results until the Polls Close. I will say that It has made MAGA Mike Rogers spend a lot of money on an ad that came out saying he disapproved of the Trade War with Canada, but since he never said no to Trump in his first term, how many believe that is hard to say. The races for the House and Governor are a better gauge of antipathy to the Trump Agenda.

Hello Canadian! There are so many of us who are appalled by America's treatment of Canada. You have been our best friend.

We are the majority. Only 30% of the registered voters here selected the felon on their ballot in 2024.
