I once heard an analogy of life as swimming through a sea of grace. We are held afloat and moved with its tides. We are up and down with waves and occasionally hit a jelly fish but it is usually then that we notice the immeasurable and expansive sea that moves us toward our destiny. Gratefulness is a recognition of that grace. To be grateful is to be humble and that is the beginning of wisdom. Many blessings on you, Adam and Christian. We all need grace in these dangerous days.

Sofia, we hear your heart for teaching Christian integrity, moral character and compassion for his world around him. Kudos to you and Adam for understanding these qualities are vital for his future and those of his generation. They will be the mayors, the firefighters, the school teachers, the business owners of the future. Even though I was climbing the corporate ladder as my husband and I were creating our family, being a mom to our three kiddos was the most challenging job and by far the most rewarding. I pray for your family often and know that you both are great parents.
