Change has to start somewhere. A Republican/Democratic ticket is a positive, PROACTIVE change and we need positive changes in this country. As an Independent, I could easily consider voting for this type of a ticket. WHAT WE HAVE IS NOT WORKING! We all need to work together to solve our problems to bring this country back from where it is right now. I am constantly writing my Congress people and asking them to work together. Not happening with some so I won’t vote for them. Need to get new thinking in our Congress………
Thank you for bringing this to the national attention it deserves. I haven’t always agreed with Katie, I am way more liberal than she, but she has opposed and vetoed much of what our crazy legislators have tried to pass. On this issue I am firmly behind her. This is, perhaps, the most important act of her term. I only hope the non-maga’s, the Independents, and the Democrats can pull ourselves together and get this team elected. Which means nobody can sit this election out.
Excellent and exciting news. I've been saying for more than a year that united as a country, and not as a party, is the way we get our country back. The tent is large enough for everyone who loves this country of ours.

This coalition news just gave me the chills and the warmest feeling. Go Arizona and Go Giles and Hobbs!!! I want a big tent…..WE need a big tent if we are to beat this lawlessness back and rebuild our nation. Thank you Adam for sharing the good news it grows my hope.
I’ve been waiting for someone to have the spine to do this my whole life and assuming it just wasn’t done. Bravo to Giles and Hobbs. I pray Arizonans understand what a gift this is and accept it and be a beacon for their country.
I know that getting people registered to vote is not glamorous work, but it works! If you can, become a voter deputy registrar (VDR) and get those high school students registered to vote and show/teach them that voting/not voting has consequences either way.
I have always identified as a democrat, even more left leaning. But I vote for a person not a party. There needs to be room for different points of view. The polarization that exists today is dysfunctional at best. I subscribe to your substack because I respect your views and think we need more voices out there like yours. Thank you for standing up!!!
