There is no "national emergency" concerning election integrity. And, Trump doesn't have the authority to cancel elections. Although, knowing Trump's ways, he will likely try to get away with doing something to interfere with the November election in some way. Congress and the Courts can put a halt to his efforts.🤨

The administration is today following Putin’s directions in: removing protections from our allies, his adversaries. The White House is aligning with (even NORTH KOREA!) multiple governments who are Putin’s allies, our adversaries. Our absolute adversaries. Removing Putin’s leverage with the EPSTEIN files, by releasing them in totality today, not next year, removes his malignant grip on our government. With that, Congress and SCOTUS may do most of the important work they’re supposed to be doing, as you suggested. While we wait today the “Chief” Executive and the White House are removing our alliances with NATO countries in matched steps with Putin’s dispatch of Russian warships armed with nuclear weapons through the Gulf of Finland into the Baltic Sea. Intelligence reports have relayed in advance Putin’s intent to attack NATO territory, before his warships left port for the Baltic. Putin is an arrogant man without a conscience but attacking NATO without expected assistance from a strong military is unlikely. If we pressure for all the leverage Putin holds over our government within the EPSTEIN files, to be fully released, I believe you’re right. I believe SCOTUS and Congress will then be freed to do their proper job. It’s not too late for Russia to sail back home. Cripe, I hope they’re not headed for the Strait of Hormuz. I’m sorry. Such an important reminder of history - evidence, records, members of Trump admin and Republicans who testified.... and the consequences to America of failure to accept results of an election, the attack on peaceful transfer of power. We cannot have a functional democracy if one side cannot accept the loss of an election, and instead attack the investigators because they told the truth.

Outstanding!! Being retired, I was able to watch much of the testimony going on with the January 6 committee. I was so impressed by how ethically all was done.
They cannot have ANY evidence of wrongdoing by those on the committee.

I doubt congress would do anything. Sometimes I doubt that the courts will do anything either, mainly the Supreme Court.
