MAGA Is Suing For My Emails

But I am not backing down.

Hey everyone, I am going to be direct here. A key MAGA group has sued the DOJ for my emails in an attempt to intimidate me.

As you may know, I served on the January 6th Committee and worked with numerous government agencies, including the DOJ and FBI, on the investigation into the attempted insurrection.

Now, a group called Judicial Watch is suing to get all my communications with the FBI. Here they are bragging about the lawsuit in a press release.

To be clear, Rep. Riggleman and I followed protocol and did nothing wrong. But this kind of lawfare is how MAGA bullies try to silence the people holding Trump accountable.

I will say it loud, so Trump and his lackeys can hear in all the way in DC:

I will not be intimidated.

I will not back down.

I will not stop calling out the corruption and lies.

I care too much about this country to stop now. But I can’t keep up the fight alone. I need people like you to join this community and support my independent journalism by becoming a paid subscriber.

Once you know the numbers, it all makes sense.

Our community and movement are growing at a record pace, and the MAGA media machine is crumbling. They are scared and trying to intimidate us.

But their biggest mistake is thinking that I am afraid of a fight.

I’ve already lost everything for telling the truth about Donald Trump. And that freedom is why I can speak out and build this community with you all.
