I can't help thinking that Roberts checked in with Trump and said 'this will save your butt with regard to Republicans ever winning elections again' and Trump replied "Thank you, sir" and so it came to pass.
I really doubt he'll do anything more on tariffs. He'll say "I always wanted NOT to have tariffs. Tariffs? What tariffs? It's all China's fault and we had to respond and Congress would take to long." Etc.

Katie--Over 9 years ago my spouse said Congress was afraid of Trump, and I didn't understand. Apparently Trump was well trained in a mafia background and knew the bad people to hurt others in whatever means necessary, keeping his hands clean of the dirty work.
I was yelling at my TV over the whole Board of Peace bullshit and 10 billion of our tax dollars going to it... I am so pissed off about this grift... yes another grift by Trump and somehow he gets away with it!!

Trump is the chairman of his peace board until his death. It's not a part of our government. The leaders there with him are not interested in helping GAZA. They're the worst of the world.
Believe me, we notice this. Right now he's a blow hard collecting money for idiots overseas who think they're getting something for their "contributions".
The day any of this nation's money goes into those (Gaza/Peace) coffers is another day when people will flood the streets.
It's also clear to all of us out in the population that the Republicans are not listening to the people, even their own, and are working to make it nearly impossible for many of us to vote.

Did anyone notice that Roberts literally used the constitution as it was written in his argument? I don't trust Roberts; he's like a flag that billows any which way, has harmed much of the progress made in this country, but in this case he stuck to our law. It was a simple choice, really, and I'll take the victory. But I'm not ready to breathe easy regarding his court.
The big corporations are literally waiting in line to get their money back. I'm more concerned that the small business so harmed get their money back. And when do the tariffs actually stop??
