You can not prosecute everyone that is guilty by association, that is in and of itself authoritarianism. By all means prosecute Gabbard and Patel and Kegsbreath and the like, but you can reasonaly go only so far down the chain of command before it just becomes victors vengence and that goes against the very principles of freedom and justice and rule of law that we are currently fighting for.
