It’s hard to maintain the outrage and emotional well being when the barrage of Constitutional attacks happens several times a day. I need a minute to regroup. The actions from the administration are stressful; the lack of Republican response is soul sucking.

He’s dismissing the Constitution every single day. I’m more of the opinion of Congressman Green - if you wait until the tanks come rolling down the street it’s too late. Tell me why Donald Trump is not an elected autocrat? And in case you missed it, guess what’s happening on 6/14, the Donald’s 79th? The Pentagon is already laying steel plates over the manhole covers on Constitution Ave so the tanks won’t damage them. A bit of irony there don’t you think? It’s getting late folks. Where is the FAIR party (Freedom and Individual Responsibility Party) of the majority of us sane moderates. Ramp it up or kiss it goodbye. Dems are ineffective, totally!
Sometimes things have to get worse before they can get better. Sounds like the tyrant saying that BUT it can also work in our favor. People are just starting to feel the pain of this dictator. We need to build a "Army of Voices". It's going to take time, the tariffs haven't really hit yet and the unemployment is lurking in the background. Recruiting people should get a lot easier shortly. I am with you. I am using a psychologist, a psychopharmacologist and prescription drugs to cope with my depression and anxiety. Also, too much food.

As a great admirer of old fashioned”journalism” and VOA and RFE I had been so sad about their demise. You are so right . This is a huge loss for us and the world. I hope some clever, imaginative, generous and moral people find a way to raise the baton of free press . I’ll be on board.
My brain is in overload with all the incoming egregious acts of this administration!! After reading the article AND an email from Bernie Sanders about all that this admin has done to roll back our Constitution and democracy so far including that there's a huge image of trump's face across the front of the Dept of Agriculture!! aaugh!- I am feeling like we are doing so much but it's still not enough so what's the point? It seems like it is still getting worse in spite of what the courts, the states, the people, and very minimally Congress, have done and are doing. I try to focus on what has worked but it's like trying to bail out a boat filled with water during a hurricane. I will not beat myself up over not having the energy to email, call, protest every single issue but will prioritize what I feel is the most important and that's that. I will focus on my State and District Senators and Reps and attend protests near me that focus on saving democracy. Next day of action- June 14th- No Kings Day! https://indivisible.org/
