What a neighboring district (Repub) does near me is - at the rallies in front of his office, they have the people sign a petition and a few leaders from the group deliver it to his office. Also they delivered a list of issues and questions people wanted answered. He finally held a press conference on May 29th. Not sure how it went but I will find out tomorrow. They also take photos and videos and post them on social media and send to media.
