I live in a state where “mail in” voting has been the norm for years. It is very well managed and secure. After I drop my ballot off, I can expect a text message when it has been received, accepted and then again when it has been counted. I know of people who have had ballots returned or denied because the signature didn’t match. They do have an opportunity to prove the vote is legitimate. One of those people had actually signed their mother’s signature knowing how she would vote. However she was living in a nursing home in a different town with Alzheimer’s disease. It was caught by our system.
Today, Florida passed its own version of the Save Act.

At this point, the state is saying that the real ID drivers license is acceptable, as is a passport, and several other documents. Basically, you will have to prove citizenship to register and have what they consider valid ID to vote.

"Likely struck down" isn't good enough. I don't trust SCOTUS. I don't trust the Republican congress. They must KNOW that the people will revolt.
