How did they think they could cover this up when "multiple US officials, congressional aides, and individuals familiar with classified damage assessments hit dozens of targets across at least seven countries...." including Camp Buehring in Kuwait, according to Defense Security Asia.
“Screw that guy” resonated all the way back up here in IL-16. He has treated that position and his platform with such disdain for both and for others. I don’t have high hopes we’ll have a respectable individual put in that role to replace him, but I do think it’s a challenge to find someone with as such abhorrent “leadership” projections as is found in him.
I know that pilots make mistakes and accidents happen but the KC Stratotanker crash that killed troops seems to have been swept under the rug. They typically don’t refuel one another so the chances of it being a refueling mishap is slim to none. Did enemy fire cause the crash? On another note conspiracy theorists are saying there was no colonel plucked out of Iran because if there was this administration would have trotted him out and it’s actually a story they concocted. I tend to think it’s more a matter of the colonel wanting to return to action and it wouldn’t be prudent to give him notoriety. Interested in your thoughts about both incidents.
My son-in-law is in the Middle East now. Every word Trump says potentially jeopardizes his life, and every other service member. It’s batshit crazy!!

There is likely far more that we don’t know and may never know. We’ve heard NOTHING about the injured military. Let’s hope the families speak up.

It's been covered in the military aviation press. It was a midair due to fatigued crews.
