I was under the impression Congress did not approve any funding, and a quick news check shows that money was removed from legislation. BUT... Trump shifted $350 from Secret Service to the ballroom. Obama deported 3 million and an additional 2.5 million border turn-arounds over 8 years. (and still holds the record).
Trump deported 1.2 to 1.5 million in first term and 605,000 2nd term so far.
Biden : 1.1 million in first 3 years and an additional 3.3 million from pandemic-era Title 42 expulsions.
