Also tomorrow an additional .04 increase goes into effect and there was ranting and raving. It was a proposition the the voters PASSED IT!!!!!!!! The birthright citizenship case should have been an easy 9-0 decision based on the language of the 14th Amendment. On the other hand, the Roberts Majority gutted the Voting Rights Act which also was firmly grounded in the 14th Amendment. Why such hostility from these self-described originalists? Is the 14th Amendment a lesser one because it came out of the Union victory in the Civil War?
